  • Threads User ID – unique identifier of your Threads account
  • Username and display name – from your Threads profile
  • Access tokens – temporary and long-lived tokens to authenticate API requests on your behalf
  • Content you publish – text, images, and videos you submit for auto-publishing through our App

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely to:

  • Authenticate you with Threads API
  • Publish content to your Threads account automatically based on your instructions
  • Retrieve basic profile information to confirm successful connection
  • Maintain and refresh access tokens to keep the auto-publishing functionality working

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not:

  • Sell, rent, or trade your personal information
  • Share your access tokens with any third party
  • Store your published content after successful delivery to Threads
  • Use your data for any purpose other than operating the auto-publishing feature

4. Data Retention

  • Access tokens are stored only as long as necessary to maintain active API sessions
  • Published content is not retained by us after transmission to Threads
  • You can request deletion of any stored data by contacting us (see Section 7)

5. Security

We implement reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including:

  • Encrypted storage for access tokens
  • HTTPS-only API communication
  • Regular security reviews of our code

However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

6. Your Rights

You can:

  • Revoke our App’s access at any time via your Threads account settings
  • Request deletion of any data we hold about you
  • Disconnect the auto-publishing feature at any time
